JOB DESCRIPTION
- To oversee safety & health matters at the construction site.
- To establish and implement overall safety & health management system and ensure compliance with the government rules and regulations.
- To coordinate and conduct regular safety visit, audit and inspection at the site.
- To perform investigation on any accident/incident and propose corrective & preventive actions
- To conduct tool box meetings, safety briefing, safety induction and relevant meetings with all site personnel to ensure safety & health procedures are clearly understood.
- To liaise with the relevant authorities or clients on all safety & health issues.
- To inspect safety equipments and ensure sufficiency for all site personnel.
- Perform any duty as and when required by the immediate superior/ HOD.
Requirement:
- Degree/ Diploma in Engineering (Environmental / health/safety) or equivalent.
- 5 years’ experience in building project management or related field.
- Must be registered with NIOSH and possess valid GREEN BOOK.
- Good people management skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Main responsibility is to ensure that material, tools & equipment are available and sufficient for the planned site usage.
- To be responsible for all Material Requisition Order (MRO), Purchase Order (PO), Delivery Orders and ensure that these documents are tracked and filed correctly.
- To record and monitor incoming & outgoing movement material as recorded in the site store logbook and to internal movement of equipment and material within site.
- Responsible for the stock count and keep tract of stock levels at site and prepare the site store inventory report every month.
- To monitor and arrange orders for the daily delivery of site material.
Requirement:
- SPM or higher.
- Ability to communicate clearly & firmly.
- 3 years of experience in site work.
- Those without experience will be considered for apprenticeship.
- High rise project experience is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full set of accounts and prepare monthly financial statements.statements.
- Update monthly management accounts with detailed listing and analysis for management review.
- Verify and ensure proper authorization on all accounting related transactions.
- Oversee GL, AR and AP modules.
- • Responsible for filing the accounting documentations in timely and accurate manner.
- • Prepare Journal Voucher / Tax Invoice / Debit Note / Credit Note.
- Prepare monthly AP Ageing balances.
- Prepare Work In Progress (“WIP”) schedule for contract accounting.
- Checking & posting of subcon certificate.
- Prepare listing for previous paid, debit note and advances of sub-contractor.
- Process and prepare payment.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliation.
- Update cash flow position on a daily basis.
- Preparation of monthly GST submission.
- Perform any duty as and when required by the immediate superior/ HOD.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma holder in Accountancy or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in accounts, preferably experience in full set accounting works and knowledge in accounting standards.
- Computer literate with application in accounting software.
- Meticulous with an eye for detail and able to work under pressure.
