Proventus Bina Sdn Bhd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Central Global Berhad ("CGB")(formerly known as Central Industrial Corporation Berhad), a Company listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia.

CGB was listed on Bursa Malaysia since 1989 and currently with a market capital of RM56million. CGB is engaged in the business of manufacturing of adhesive tapes and labels. CGB has tapped into overseas market and exports its products to Asia, Europe, USA and Australia. Investment in Proventus Bina Sdn Bhd has allowed CGB to progressively diversify its earning base to include building and construction activities, a dynamic market in the region.

By leveraging on the investment from CGB, Proventus Bina Sdn Bhd has strengthened its financial and enhanced its capacity to take on new projects in the private and public sector.
